At The Terminus Hotel, we have the following areas to accommodate your next function:

Fred’s Shed & The Deck:
Fred’s Shed can be transformed into a space that could include live performances or a DJ to dance the night away. Fred’s Shed & The Deck which spills off Fred’s Shed can hold up to 100 people.

The open air deck is perfect for that evening night party, dancing and fun that is always paramount at the Terminus.

The bistro is available to be reserved either as a restaurant or as an extension to the party space of The Shed and Deck. A mnimum spend is required to have exclusive use of The Bistro.

Minimum spend.
To offer more flexibility, we can also offer you drinks on consumption (bar tab) with a minimum spend which is a mutually agreed upon figure. If this figure is not met at the end of the function the balance will be charged as a room hire fee.

Catering.
All of your food requirements can be met, whether it be a simple or full cocktail menu, to a wedding or a BBQ, we will be happy to discuss your needs and provide a suitable package.

Beverages.
The Deck has a fully serviceable bar containing a selection of beers (both tap and bottled), spirits and wines.

Equipment hire.
We can arrange all of your equipment hire needs including complete conferencing Audio Visual solutions to a DJ.

Bingo.
We can arrange for a private Bingo. The fee and prizes would be negotiated according to availability.

Decorations.
The space can be decorated to suit any theme, as long as the decorations do not damage the room. We are happy to discuss your decoration ideas prior to the event.

Damage.
Any damages to the Ladies Lounge, Fred’s Shed & The Deck or facilities will be at expense of the hirer.

Intoxication.
Guests will be refused beverages on the determination of intoxication (responsible service of alcohol). Please note guests may be asked to leave the premises if the need arises.

Guests are not allowed to BYO any beverages. BYO beverages will be confiscated from guests.

Age Requirement.
As we are a licensed venue, function guests under the age of 18 will not be permitted on the premises and photo identification may be required to present to security upon arrival.

Minors with a legal guardian may only be excused with prior notice and agreement from management.
