Can I book a table?

You sure can! For bookings for 1-10 people, please click here to reserve a table. For bookings of 11 or more people, please submit an enquiry here and our team will touch base with you soon.

Can I book a function?

We would love to host your next function! Just click here to browse our spaces and fill out the enquiry form to contact our functions team.

I've booked a table - where do I go?

Simply approach any of our friendly staff members who will be able to direct you to your table.

What can I do about my lost property?

Send us an email at info@theterminushotel.com.au or call us on 03 9427 0615 and we will check the venue for your missing item.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

We are wheelchair accessible and have a lift – most areas are accessible by wheelchair but give us a call if you have any questions.

Do you sell gift cards?

We sure do! You can purchase a Termo gift card here.

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes – the Termo is dog friendly! Dogs are permitted in the outdoor areas of the venue, beer garden and the Terrace Balcony.

Can I bring kids and is there a kids menu?

You sure can! We have a kids menu and high chairs available on request – just let us know if you require a high chair for your booking. As we are a licensed venue, kids are required to depart when dinner service is finished.
